ETH Feasibility Lab
The Feasibility Lab was initiated by Prof. Detlef Günther, ETH Vice President for Research, together with Prof. Mirko Meboldt and Dr. Stephan Fox of Product Development Group pd|z at ETH Zürich. The Group had conducted several successful MedTech research projects with truly transformative results. They observed the successful output that these “low-threshold joint collaborations” had and realized that there was a need for a designated space where health care stakeholders and researchers could come together in an uncomplicated manner for straightforward testing of ideas.
Starting from an idea, clinical need or research goal, the feasibility studies are carried out by the Feasibility Lab, hosted by the Product Development Group pd|z, in collaboration with the respective project stakeholder.
