Our Book on Design for Additive Manufacturing is in Stores
We have been busy the last year and compiled our knowledge on what engineers and designers need to know when starting into Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) and wrote the book "Entwicklung und Konstruktion für die Additive Fertigung" on designing for Additive Manufacturing.
Our book "Entwicklung und Konstruktion für die Additive Fertigung" covers AM processes, cost structure, methods to identify suitable parts, design guidelines, examples of successful series products in industry and much more. The content and depth of each topic are based on our experience from Design for AM workshops for experienced engineers from industry.
For now the book is only available in German but surely translations into other languages will follow.
"Entwicklung und Konstruktion für die Additive Fertigung" is for sale in all bookstores and at the publisher Vogel Business Media. The library of ETH Zurich has some copies of the book available.
