Ina Goller was born in beautiful Bavaria, Germany. Studying psychology in various towns in Germany and the USA (Wurzburg, Bonn and Albany), she focused on cognitive processes and learning, as well as industrial psychology.
After fifteen years of work experience as a consultant, coach and change agent, she decided to do a doctorate at ETH Zurich.
She is interested in the human side of creativity and innovation, seeking answers to questions such as: “How can we train humans to be more innovative?” or “What can be done to foster innovative behaviour and creative thinking patterns in R&D teams?”
